 The Journal of the College of Languages endeavors to be one of the peer-reviewed  refereed academic journals listed in the world’s publishing databases by publishing academic research in accordance with distinguished international professional standards in the fields of linguistics, literature, and translation, according to distinguished international professional standards in the fields of human knowledge, leadership, excellence, and creativity.

The Journal seeks to be one of the best scholarly journals to support the publication of peer-reviewed research that is characterized by the highest quality according to distinguished international professional standards by continuing its work to be one of the first refereed academic journals in the Clarivate and SCOPUS databases in the field of humanities: linguistics, literature, and translation. This journal is published in English and other languages: French, Italian, Spanish, German, Russian, Turkish, Persian, Hebrew, Kurdish, and Syriac to support researchers at local and international levels and to attract reviewers with expertise in the research field working in major Arab and international universities.
